This seminar is perfect for byphotography enthusiasts of any level who love to travel and take photographs. We’ll learn how to create a compelling story of a place that captures the spirit and details of our travels and will focus on how to enhance the quality of our travel images.

With a lively blend of lectures and discussions, we will talk about how to combine technical, practical, and creative aspects of travel photography in order to get an image that elevates itself above the usual travel clichés. Topics include: equipment and lens selection, location scouting, composition, use of existing light and fill- flash, daytime vs. evening photography, how to approach and photograph people, and street photography techniques, among others. We will also analyze how to present our images, what kind of photos and in which order to use them to get a strong and immediate impact on the public. Participants are required to bring a selection of 15/20 images of their trips for review.
